Cohort IX
In
January 2012 enrolment forms were sent out to the EuroSIDA centres that
will enroll new patients into EuroSIDA Cohort IX. Deadline for
returning the completed enrolment forms to CHIP is 1st May 2012. If you
have problems meeting this deadline, please contact Jorunn at jtv@cphiv.dk
Ethical Approval
If your EuroSIDA centre has obtained a new Ethical Approval for your
participation in the EuroSIDA study, please send a copy of the approval
to Jorunn at jtv@cphiv.dk or
fax it to +45 35 45 57 58.
Plasma samples
Plasma samples are collected every 6th month as mandatory part of
participating in the EuroSIDA study. These plasma samples are
increasingly important for the study. If your centre is not collecting
these plasma samples, please see the attached document about plasma
samples in EuroSIDA or contact Annette at ahf@cphiv.dk
for further instructions on the procedures of colleting the samples. If
your centre has plasma samples ready to be shipped to the Coordinating
Centre, please contact Annette. Your centre is reimbursed 5 Euro per
plasma sample.

Payment
in EuroSIDA
Please note that from 2012 your EuroSIDA centre will only be
reimbursed once a year. Next EuroSIDA reimbursement will be in
September 2012.
