I forgot my password...

If you have forgotten your password, please send an email to code@cphiv.dk and you will be provided with a new registration link. We recommend you to ad this link to your favourites in the web browser and let the system remember your password.

I have to sign out while conducting a review - what do I do?

Please choose 'Do not approve' in the 'Approve status for event' section and save the event.

What if there is a red or bold face at the top of the review page?

Please send an email to code@cphiv.dk containing:

the error message
event ID
the number of the current event and the total number of events

And we will assist you as soon as possible.

Can I get access to make corrections after completion of the first round?

Yes you can, please send an email to the coordinating centre code@cphiv.dk - and we will reopen the cases.

The ones you correct, please approve according to normal procedures.

The events you need not correct, please tickmark as approved.
